Hmm, gone twice recently. More previously. Paid 140 for the "works". Next Paid 9 for basic. Won't pay 14 again. Looked better without all the extras.
I've tried to contact these people a few times over the years (both phone and email) for gift certificates or bulk discounts and never once heard from them. Customer service has always been poor but now equipment is starting to get worse. Definitely heading downhill.
Best automatic wash anywhere- it gets my car so clean and the finishing wax keeps it that way
Will only use the G3 by Costco from now on. It's $1 more for the top wash but I feel like the programmed cycle is better and seems to have been maintained recently.

Pulled up to the east automatic bay today and (unfortunately) swiped my card while waiting for person ahead of me to finish. Noticed the gantry was damaged and collecting fluid and would dump it out on the person's car as it moved back and forth. When the person ahead of me tried to pull out, the exit door wouldn't open so she had to back out which used my rocker blaster. When I explained the situation to the kid overseeing things today and I asked for either a reset or my money back he could only say "I'm new here, don't know how, and can't get hold of my boss". So rather than losing my money I went through the wash and let it dump all the fluid on my car. When I pulled out, tried one more time to talk to the attendant, with no luck.
