This is the most terrible company that I've dealt with. Firstly, you can almost never get a hold of them. 99% of the time you will be forwarded to a voicemail when you call.

Thank you again for the great cost effective and quick service

First of all, I don't take writing a bad review lightly. I know it can have significant impact, but in this case I felt like I should let people know of my experience, which I'm sure is not uncommon for this companies clients. I had a very poor experience with this company. The first interaction was with Jeremy the owner and he was friendly and professional, however after that I never heard from Jeremy again and i was left to work with office staff that was contradictory and rude. On almost EVERY scheduled appointment I was contacted long after someone supposed to be there, to be told that they couldn't make it today. That was extra time off work I had to take just to wait around for them to show up. On some occasions they rescheduled multiple times. This alone would not drive me to take the time to write this, but the clincher for me was the fact that on numerous occasions it was confirmed that labor was covered in the original agreement. This was also confirmed when the final service was scheduled and I was told only additional parts needed would be invoiced. Upon completion of the work done I was sent a bill for over $1000.00. $800 ish was labor, the remaining was greatly over-priced parts needed. The ladies in the office who just days prior said there would be no charge for labor, then said she never said that. They argued that the labor done was outside of expectations. Which if that was the case I feel I should have been asked if I wanted that work done prior to it being done. I would have spent 15 minutes myself drilling a hole. Unfortunately for them I have had more work done at my home in which they didn't receive my business. I have also had many friends and neighbors reach out and ask for a referral and I have directed them all in another way. If you are reading this I suggesting you go another route as well. I am a long time member of this community just trying to help anyone out there.

Tri Town plumbing provided great customer service when my blower fan went down on a Sunday afternoon. My first call was to Tri Town plumbing on a Sunday at 6:30pm. They answered the phone on the first call which I thought for sure was going to be a lost cause on a Sunday night. They answered the phone and Jeremy was at the house the next day on his way back from Denver. He was very courteous, professional and easy to talk to. I should him my problem and we discussed a couple of different scenarios and costs. He was able to solve the problem in the most cost effective manner and get the AC back up and running the next day. I would highly recommend Tri Town for your heating and cooling needs. I put his business card on my furnace for all future problems that occur.

One of the worst companies I've ever encountered. I'm a tenant in a Condo, On June 11th, my wall unit A/C stops blowing cold air and I let the landlord know. She contacts her warranty company to get the unit repaired or replaced. I get informed that Tri Town is handling the case. Several calls are placed to Tammy at Tri Town, no response. Cut to early July and I'm informed by Tammy at Tri Town that a repair guy will be out on x date between 10 and 2. I inform them I need a half hour notice before repair guy comes as my mother is in Hospice and I won't be around, so when they are on their way, let me know and I'll come home to meet them. Cut to 9:30 on the day of repair, I get a call from the landlord saying Tri Town called her saying the repair guy was at the front door of the building and I need to let him in. Why didn't the repair guy have my name or number to call? Why was he a half hour earlier than expected? No problem, annoyance, but ok, luckily I was home. I ask the repair guy why I wasn't called and he said he had no info on me... no name, nothing. So, Tri Town sends the repair guy out without any sort of info? Repair guy takes one look at the unit and goes 'Nope, need to replace it.' Seemed fishy since he didn't even really look at the unit... but ok, fine, I get a new unit and it's a warranty/insurance deal. Weeks go by and I don't hear a thing from Tri Town. On July 18th, I call Tammy and ask what is going on with the new unit, she says they are waiting on the parts. Parts? It's a new unit. She then says they are still waiting on the new unit to arrive. On July 19th, I get an email from my landlord asking how the new unit is performing. I inform her that the unit was never installed and as of the day before, they are still waiting on the unit to come in. She says that her warranty company contacted her saying that Tri Town told them they installed the unit and closed the case. So now we're talking insurance fraud. I call Tammy and leave message, no response back. I call the next day on Thursday, again to inquire about the unit, Tammy doesn't answer, I proceed to call every 5 minutes as I was driving into work and I needed immediate answers regarding the unit. Finally I arrive at work and leave a message letting her know that I'll be filing insurance fraud on the company for claiming the unit has been installed... I get an immediate call back (They have caller ID and were avoiding my calls) I'm informed by Tammy that she was 'busy' and just had a chance to get back to me.... She then says that the claim was never closed and they never said it was installed, it's the warranty company fault. She again says that the motor just came in and they'll get it installed. Motor??? It's a new unit!! Tammy has no idea what is going on and says she'll call back. I tell her the new unit needs to be installed immediately and she hangs up. I get a message a little later saying the new unit will be installed the following morning. Awesome. Progress, and it's only been over a month. Cut to install day, guys come in, super nice, they pull the old unit out and put the new unit in, then they say that they will have to re-wire my outlet since the unit has a foreign plug. I look at the plug and I see it's a 220 plug (I need 110) I tell them it's 220, and they say 'no, it's a foreign plug, my mom was in hong-kong and plugs looked like this, we'll go get you an adapter.' Ok, maybe I'm wrong. They go to get an adapter for the foreign plug. While they are gone, I take a look at the side of the unit and see it's a 220V unit. I call the install guys and let them know. 'oh... good catch...' WHAT?!?! Do they not know this very basic stuff?? They call Tammy, she doesn't answer. They come back and put the old unit back in. I call Tammy and leave a message raising hell as to why the wrong unit was brought over and why the install guys didn't know a 220 plug and that I"ll be filing a BBB report. She calls back and starts blaming the warranty company.

Continuing from Fred Smith on different account due to character limit: So, Tammy blames the warranty company about the wrong unit. I inform her it was her company who inspected the first unit, her company that ordered the replacement unit, her company that should have inspected the new unit upon arrival and her company that should have made sure the correct unit was sent out on the truck in morning. She says she'll call the warranty company and hangs up. Meanwhile, I inform the landlord of the screwup and she calls tritown and her warranty company. Tri Town states they won't work with me anymore and is dropping the case because I'm rude. Landlord informs warranty company of TT errors and lack of communication, TT picks the case back up and I'm told the owner, Jeremy will install the correct unit on the 28th. Cut to the 28th, I get a call from TT saying the install guys are here to install. again, they don't have any of my info? I find out it's the same guys as before, not Jeremy as promised. The landlord previously stated she didn't want the previous guys in her unit due to incompetence. TT denies any such promise was made about Jeremy and it would be another week for install. I also inform TT of the big gash in the floor from the guys from last week (Just found today while doing pre floor inspection) They deny any such thing and start blaming the warranty company, fair enough, it's my word against theirs, and I didn't notice it until today. Calls go back and forth between myself, TT and landlord to see if install guys are allowed in the unit. TT then just tells them to drop the case and they leave. So, there you have it. Almost 2 months, total lack of communication from TT, wrong unit ordered, false reporting to warranty company of proper install, damage to property, and total lack of understanding between normal 110 and 220 plugs. Then, they don't accept any responsibility and finally just drop the case when they are called out on everything. Do yourself a favor and go hire somebody off of craigslist, you'll get better service and professionalism from there.

And they never call you back, unless you leave 2-3 voicemails for them sounding more and more frustrated each time. I had to deal with them because they were contracted with my home insurance company. The first time we set an appointment, no one showed up. I took a day off work and stayed home all day waiting for a technician, tried calling them multiple times with no avail. After a few days of leaving voicemails, finally someone called back to arrange another appointment. Some kind of miscommunication apparently. Next appointment, a friendly technician showed up and was helpful diagnosing the problem. He said he will secure parts for the repair and the company will be in touch to set up a date for repair. A few passes by and no call from them. Again, I left multiple voice mails and some one called back to say they have to ETA as to when they can secure parts. Another week flew by and I kept calling and leaving voicemails to hunt them down. After two weeks they got the parts and set up an appointment for the repair. I took another day off and waited for nothing. No one showed up.. called them multiple times in the next few days and Tammy finally called back to say someone was supposed to call us to reschedule but no one ever did.. great staff right?! We rescheduled, and what do you know, a week later the same thing happens. I knew no one was gonna show after waiting till noon and so called Tammy. Her excuse was a few technicians called in sick and they were behind schedule. She said there were 3 people ahead of us, so I ask if they can come again tomorrow. She said that it would have to be next week. It was a Tuesday btw, so imagine if they only had one technician they would still be able to service us the same week if 3 people were ahead of us. After a long frustrating debate with Tammy, said that she would send a technician at 8am the next day. At about 8pm the same day, I got a text from Tri-Town saying that they won't be able to get to us tomorrow and that we should take our business elsewhere. With all honesty, I don't think they even deserve one star. Please be aware of what you are setting yourself up for if you ever consider hiring them. Terrible work ethics and zero customer service and reliability.
