Still have not received 3 tags and registration cards for 3 vehicles at my address which were mailed out by DMV in early June. Have lived here for 19 years and believe that mail is "held" until it's convenient for the carrier to deliver. Also receive LOTS of mail that is not mine.

My package not delivered again. Looks like the stuff cannot read letters and numbers. Every few months I have the problems.

When I called to schedule an appointment to update my kids passports the woman who answered was not friendly and fairly gruff.

Terrible customer service skills.

Upon arriving for our apppointmet we were greeted and helped by a gentleman. However, the post office became busy and the woman I booked the appt appeared. She took all of our paperwork that was nearly laid out and pushed it all into one pile so she could help another customer. So, the gentleman asked if we could move to another stall which we did. Upon almost completing the paperwork for 3 kids, it was noted that I had filled out an old form even though the form number was the same. The gentleman then asked for assistance and the woman came over and said very rudely that the form was over 3 years old (actually 2 yrs). I offered to fill out the new forms and she said we don't have that kind of time looking at her watch. She then said, fine you can send these in but I don't know if they will take them. I replied, well I am not going to submit the paperwork if it's not right. Wow! This woman had no customer service skills at all. In fact, she was not even polite. I get that we all have a bad day, but this was far beyond a bad day. There was another family there trying to get their passports and they were not from the U.S. They were also treated poorly. What a disgrace. Bill Ferguson is the Post Master there. Nothing changes unless someone says something!

Just set my nephew a JC penney gift card by mail 3 weeks ago he still hasn't received a not even the card so there's a thief there I'm gonna report them to the state and lately alot of our mail has been opened .

They have challenges like all post offices, but the staff is friendly and helpful. I almost always am given a smile here.
